I was first introduced to JD Price through an online search of homes for sale in the Greenville South Carolina area. I had received a phone call from the J Michael Manley Team Real Estate Agency whom had assigned JD Price as my prospective agent. Upon our first conversation I found JD to be quite polite, friendly, respectable, professional, easy going, and just outright pleasant to deal with. He immediately went to work on providing me with several links to new home builders in and around the Greenville area as I had requested. It did not take long for me to decide to sign up with his agency as I knew I was in good hands with this gentleman. I also found him to be a very likeable man in a very short period of time. My wife and I felt we were dealing with the right man for our upcoming big move to another state. JD was always there to answer any questions we had regarding some of the areas we were considering and he provided us with a lot of information about the area we decided to settle in. When it came time for us to decide where we wanted to be, he found us the exact house with the desired design we were looking for. He was also extremely helpful when it was time for us to submit our bid on the future build that we were interested in. His advice was paramount in helping us secure our new home purchase. JD made our entire experience flow very smoothly from start to finish. My wife and I could not be any happier than we are now in our new home. She cares in a way that needs to be cherished these days. She is extremely professional..intelligent..kind..and most importantly..genuine.
